- Class 10 certificate and Marksheet
- Class 12 certificate and Marksheet
- ID proof (Aadhar card/Voter ID/PAN card/Driving license/Passport)
- 8 passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste certificate (if applicable )
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
