what if we dont pay the fee .am i eligible for the second counseling or not?

If you book your seat and in the first round for eg you get your 3rd preference stream then in the further rounds if the cutoffs reach your rank then you will be allotted that stream unless you freeze your preference

That's the registration fees that you have to give to finalize your seat
The remaining amount is taken afterwards
