You need to understand that the official result had NOT BEEN ANNOUNCED.
NTA has released only the official answer key. So, sri chaitanya claiming 23 students scoring above 700 results must be their score from the official answer key.
We dont know whether their claim is fake or not, But I will advice you to wait till the official announcement of result. Please wait.
As of today(9th october), HRD minister has said that the result would be announced soon, to not to further delay the admission process.
