Is the scheme introduction by jagan for ap eamcet ebc students of full fee reimbursement for btech true. Can we get it from this year?

Generally this scheme has to be impleamented from this year onwards, but the government has not announced any official announcement until now. But i hope we have time to start colleges and the government will initiate this fees reimbursement scheme from this academic year onwards. All the best.
