Hey Shiwangi! Yes definitely the seat acceptance fees gets adjusted into the admission fees you pay. According to the UPSEE official website, after freezing of the seat Candidates who are satisfied with their seat allotment result and accept the offer will have to make the payment of the confirmation fee in online mode only.
