Yes, It's available provided the last date of the refund has not passed. I mean to say is when you there is a deadline for the fee refund. So, while depositing read the documents provided by the respective college/university or directly ask them. If you have submitted the fee and don't know about the refund deadline, don't worry just try to contact the respective college/university.
