The bond is applicable for both Candidates who secure a seat in a Government Medical College both through All India Counselling and State Counselling. You can check the Fee strucyre, Bond details and stipend details for each Participating Institution at their official page: https://mcc.nic.in/PGCounselling/Home/GetInstituteProfile
