While the MHRD did announce that NEET 2021 will be conducted on the basis of reduced and revised syllabus owing to the reduced Academic year, it has not mentioned the topics that might be ommitted or added to the syllabus. And so it is difficult to predict the topics that might be ommitted. But CBSE has released the list of topics removed from NCERT and that should ideally help us give us a glimpse of what might be the new NEET 2021 syllabus. You can check the list of the topics here: http://cbseacademic.nic.in/revisedcurriculum_2021.html . Now it is a known fact that NEET is conducted on the topics learnt in 11th and 12th. So in a broader way, it makes sense to concentrate on the new Academic syllabus to prepare for NEET. And if you stick on to these topics for now, when the MHRD announces the new NEET syllabus, you will be prepared accordingly.
