Is the subject we study in bsc physical science will same as the subject in bsc hons.?

in bsc physical science you have to study both physics chemistry and maths along with some other subjects while in bsc honours you have to study pcm in the first and second year but you have to study only one subject in final year which you have chosen to do your honours from . they both are nearly equivalent and the subjects also doesnot changed very much .
