Is the subject wise cut Off for advanced exam is combined for both the papers or should we clear them individually

If your query is regarding JEE ADVANCED then the answer is yes. You should clear each paper with minimum scores. Each subjects in the exam has cut off. So you should clear each with the cut off scores. That is the only criteria for qualifying JEE ADVANCED.
