Is the TANCA rank given including the entire branch or to a specific branch?

Hi Arul,
Let me tell you there have been a lot of questions around this topic. But what make sense is that the communal rank you have has to do something with your Branch otherwise it is a work again for them to make divisions on the basis of ranks. So, it is very likely that what you are given is your community rank.
