Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category.
Last year the cut off for 15% All India Quota was a marks between 581-590. So based on this you will not get a seat in government medical college.
However, you will get a management quota medical seat in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So, with 420 marks an mbbs govt.
