You have secured a good marks.

Last year marks required for King George's Medical University, Lucknow under all india quota for st category was 496 .

So dear I am afraid that you may lose a seat in King George's Medical University, Lucknow by few marks,  in addition this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike.

So its very difficult for you to get a seat in King George's Medical University, Lucknow with your marks.
