Yes , there is a slight difference between computer science .i.e. CS and computer science Engineering .i.e. CSE . Both basically and mainly deals with Software but CS is a study of complete Software while computer science Engineering is study of software with a bit knowledge of hardware . Most of the time many college's also pronounce CS as CSE you may had heard that . Generally, both are kind of same .
