If you want to pursue MBBS then NEET UG is your only available option as admission to any MBBS college if through NEET UG exam. even the admission into AIIMS which earlier used to be through separate AIIMS entrance exam has now been merged with NEET UG exam. Therefore if you want to pursue MBBS then need is your only and best available option and I suggest you must focus on NEET only if you are aiming to be a doctor with MBBS degree. However if you want to pursue a career in some other field then there will option for you like doing BSc from some college aur University like Delhi University which takes admission on the basis of your 12th percentage marks.

If you are asking for undergraduate in medical sciences then definitely NEET is the one and only entrance exam in India . All the MBBS ,BAMS , BHMS admission is done on the basis of NEET rank . But there are UG courses in other streams also which are not entranced by NEET . Veterinary , fishery science and agriculture and many other undergraduate course's admission is still done on the basis of entrances by various states and universities .
