Hi

No, cut off marks for medical colleges is not expected to decrease rather it is going to be increased when compared to previous year cutoffs

This is because,

This year's question paper was easy so as difficulty level of paper was low  ,  it became easier for  students to score marks and also students had got more time to prepare due to lockdown

For example,

In Neet 2019 ,134 marks was required for general category to qualify Neet but in NEET 2020 , a general category students require 147 marks to qualify Neet so there's definitely an increase in cut off marks this year.
