Yes, there is 100 percent fee reimbursement for engineering colleges in Andhrapradesh upto college fees only. Student has to pay other bills like building fund, Mess Charges, Transportation charges etc. And student has to submit all required documents required for fee reimbursement.

as per the fee waiver scheme introduced by the government,Every institute has to refund the fees of the students belonging to lower category.

For the students whose parents income is less than 6 lakhs per annum they get a fee waiver/refund of around 50% of the fees they paid.

for the students whose parents income is less than 2 lakhs per annum,in most of the universities they get a fee waiver/refund of 100% or around 85% fees is refunded.

For SC/ST caste the fee waiver amount is highest as compared to other students and is nearly 100%.
