Is there 7 year science courses after 12th through we get UG,PG,and Phd together within 7 years

Dual courses are available in many government and private institutions.
IITs ,NITs and many other institutions provide dual courses .
Dual degree courses have benefit of one year time duration .
No major government and private institutions provide three degrees in continuation (UG,PG,PHD).
