Is there 70% - 30% criteria for the admission of COEP Pune and VGTI Mumbai?

When you say 70% -30% criteria what do you mean? COEP and VGTI are through MHT CET and the rules for the exam and counselling apply for these institutes so I dont think so. According to the MHT CET brochure for counselling merit scores and ranks are based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test.
