As per your said marks if you belons to general category or obc category the its really hard to get any government college under all India quota, but if you belongs to reservation category of sc or st then you have some chances in north western states of India.

As for all india quota tha states provides only 15 percent of seats for the other state aspirants so its hard to grab the seat.

Dear aspirant,  with this score you will not be able to get a MBBS seat  in any government college even under state quota all over india. Most probably you can get admission in BDS under state quota, you or you can try getting admission in private college.

You havent mentioned your Category. Neverhless 356 is a very less score for a seat in All India Quota. With this score, you might get a Private Medical Seat in few States and Government Medical Seat in few States for Reserved Categories. But a seat in All India Quota is not possible.

356 is quite average score where as getting govt college in MBBS is not possible where as you have chances of getting private colleges and deemed university where as the competition for MBBS is quite high ao its hard to judge which college you would get for sure please refer the link for the college predictor
