Hello Jasmeen,
Usually the students who have passed Class 12 (10+2) standard exam from a government-recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for admission to these courses. While most of the universities/colleges offer admission on the basis of entrance exam and GD/PI, some colleges give admission on merit basis (marks obtained by the student in 10+2).
Many colleges conduct entrance test for admission to various undergraduate management courses offered by them. The entrance test for admission to these programmes usually consist of a total of four sections, namely, English Language / English Proficiency, Numerical Ability / Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning / Reasoning Ability and General Knowledge / General Awareness. It is advisable for students to prepare well for the entrance test in order to come through with flying colours.
