is there a different fee structure for government quota seats in private colleges

Hey!
Not all the private medical colleges offers government quota seats, there are only few. And, so is there fee structure which is as per the government guidelines and for the government seat quota there is different fee structure , which is quite less than the management quota, NRI quota or regular fee.
