is there a good scope in bsc in anesthesiology as a carrer , are there job placements available soon after we complete our degree

Likely with a BSc Degree there are a very less possibility for you to secure a job. I would recommend you to complete your MSc in order to get a job. Now if your college have good placement records then you may have a chance to get a job after BSc.
**Remember you will not be able to be a Anaesthesiologist as you don't have proper medical background. After Msc you may get Research Scientist and correlated Domains in different Pharmaceuticals company.
