Yes. There is a law course in IIT kharagpur.

IIT Kharagpur law admission 2020 is done for LL.B (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Rights and LLM course. The last date to fill the online application form at the official website (iitkgp.ac.in) was March 23.

The entrance test for admission in Law courses will take place in offline mode at the allotted examination centre. Candidates qualifying the written examination will have to appear for the personal interview. Performance of the candidate in test and interview leads in the IIT Kharagpur law admission.
