Dear Applicant,

There are various cast based reservations for all educational institutions in India.

Some are schedule caste,  schedule tribe, Obc, general. Based on this reservations, certain group of students get special privileges and schemes or scholarships offered by the government of India. But some purely private autonomous institutions ( usually unaided) dont follow such reservations at all. Like some privately owned PG programme institutions.

Semi aided institutions and government aided institutions follow caste based reservations.

Preferable government colleges they strictly follow such reservation.
