Is there a possibility that I can secure a seat in branches like Mechanical engineering, Electronics communications Engineering, or EEE with a common rank 37067 and EWS rank 6096 in NIT's?

With your EWS rank, it's possible to get into some of the NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Silchar, NIT Raipur etc. Although the cutoffs change every year , you can still be hopeful for bagging a seat in atleast some of them, with your desired subjects.
