Is there a possibility that states start working on creating one third supply that creates a benchmark on affordable and quality education to the private sector?
Absolutely, I agree and I don't think that's a difficult task. In the past five years, we have seen the fact that we have been able to substantially improve the quality of government school education where you are looking at very large numbers. Higher education institutions are still in smaller numbers. In a government school system in Delhi, at any given point of time, you have 16 lakhs students and trying to improve an institution at that scale is itself a mammoth task and despite all the hurdles, in Delhi, we don't even effectively have the full government, there have been massive transformations in the five years. So, definitely, it's the question of political will. Governments can do it. I think the government has the financial resources to do it. I think the issue is the political will.
