See in the brochure released by Dr. NTRUHS, Vijaywada, there is no any point for rounds of counselling so it is considered that for now only single round would be conducted and if required then another round might get conducted but for now there is no information regarding another round of counselling. Also note that last date to apply for NEET UG counselling of AP state quota is February 4th, 2022, so you can apply before the deadline from the official link given below :-

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
******* Only those candidates who have scored marks according to the above qualifying cut-offs in NEET UG 2021, would be eligible for counselling.

Hi,
Yes you can go for second round also you can accept the seat by visiting alloted medical college and can choose upgradation option in your application so that you will be alloted another college in other round of counselling with allotment of seat in the first round of counselling and you are not satisfied with the seat.
The last date to apply in the second round include
AP NEET 2021 counselling process has started on November 23, 2021 and competent authority i.e. NTRUHS is about to release the schedule after announcement of the NEET 2021 result.

However one can't participate in round 2 without participating in round 1, therefore participation in round 1of counselling is necessary.
