Please specify the college in which you want to apply for Chemical Engineering so we can tell you whether there is a separate admission test or not. If you are asking generally, then no, most government colleges take admission on the basis of your JEE, state CET, and/or 12th board marks.

The admission process of admission in Chemical Engineering is the same as other branches. If your JEE score is good and fulfills the eligibility criteria, then you will get admission in the college.
