is there an exam called AIIMS MBBS anymore ?? i am presently in 11th , is it enough if i write NEET only?? and if there's a exam called AIIMS MBBS , what is the syllabus?? which books should i read? is there any online coaching for this ?? i am Karnataka state board student .

No, now there is no more AIIMS MBBS entrance examination . Since 2020 admission in MBBS in AIIMS and all the other Medical College be it government or private is through Neet examination only.

So you need to appear in NEET examination and then on the basis of rank obtained by you in NEET you can get admission in AIIMS for your MBBS .
