Is there any 10 percent reservation for ews candidates in ts eamcet. When I went to education fair they said it is only for national exams

YES ews reservation of 10 percent is present for ews candidates in ts eamcet.coming to second part of your query,almost all engineering colleges accept this reservation certificate and many number of seats have been increased for the above purpose.
