There is no 85% State reservation per se. But by going with your Rank, you do have decent chances for a seat in JNTUH in the following Colleges:

As if we compare both quota then they have their own benefits. If you go for the 85 percent seats under state quota benefit then you have more chance to get college then the 15 petfent all india quota. As merit marks is low for the 85 percent state quota than the all india quota.
But if you gain much more marks and want to go for much better college of the other state then all india quota will be helpful for you. If you gain average marks then must go for state quota benefit which provide you more chance to grab seat in government medical college than all india quota.
More depends on the state which you belongs to and the caste pf yours and also the marks you gain in neet.
