Is there any alternative way to prevent my seat cancellation in ts eamcet engineering college if i failed to self report?

Yes you can pay fee online to the allotted college by the government then your seat will be booked only before the commenced date so that seat will be booked. If you get seat in other college the fee will be transferred to that college.
