Automotive Design is a popular design specialisation for individuals who wish to work in a creative and technical sector. It may be studied at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In India, there are 34 automotive design colleges. Seventy percent of these institutions are private, while five percent are government-run.
Eligibility
Class 12 cleared in a recognised board
Class 12 has been done from any streams (Arts, Science or Commerce)
Candidates who have completed a three-year full-time engineering diploma or a one-year foundation degree in design from a recognised college may also apply for an Automotive Design programme.
