No there is not such correspondence college for BHMS or BMS course in  whole Karnatak specially in North Karnatak also.There are 3 government BAMS Colleges and 64 private BAMS Colleges through Karnatak. These private colleges approved by the Ministry of Ayush Government of India. Candidate who is interested for BAMS or BHMS course of study have to appear after 12 science with physics chemistry biology with 50%  marks in NEET UG exam.cansidate has to  qualify in NEET UG with at least 350 plus marks for general category student to get a seat  for BAMS or BHMS colleges.
