No, there is no role of 12th marks in UPSEE ranking. It solely depends on the marks you have obtained in UPSEE examination. But there is requirement of minimum percentage in 12th for getting admission in different courses offered by AKTU.

So, there is no specified benefit you get in upsee by achieving  the good percentage of class 12.
