Hey Bhaskar! If you are talking about the biometric systems in private colleges for M.tech so I want to inform you that the biometric system is not compulsory for any college. This completely depends on the college you are pursuing your education. Big colleges which are reputed charge more fees for the same course and provides all the additional things.
