No there is no any category reservation in CSAB special rounds instead the seats which remain vacant in JOSAA counselling for each category are filled on the basis of CRL rank of the candidate even if he/she belongs to any of the reserved category. For example you have category rank of 5000 but CRL rank of 90,000 and you did not get the seat in JOSAA Counselling then during CSAB special rounds the seat will be allotted to you according to your CRL rank and category rank will not be taken into consideration.
