Hi there,
KIIT conducts entrance exams for admission to its various courses every year and students throughout the country appear for the same, Yes, there are two centres in Rajasthan for KIITEE one is in Kota and one in Jaipur, for your reference i have attached the list of exam centres for KIITEE 2020. https://university.careers360.com/articles/kiitee-exam-centres

There are numerous exam centres almost 69 centres for KIITEE across the country. There are 2 centres in Rajasthan also. Those are is Jaipur and Kota. You can choose exam centre as per your choice. You can choose the exam centres of KIITEE 2020 from 27 states while filling out the application form.
