It would be tough for you because in almost every college the cut off lies in 90's.

Gargi College (W) 94.66%
Hans Raj College 97.33%
Hindu College 96.33%
Kalindi College (W) 97%
I hope you have understood the level.There are many more colleges but the cut off are almost same and above 90%.
