is there any chance for direct admission for 2nd year

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you want to take admissions in 2nd year and want to continue the studies so it is not possible as admissions are taken in 1st year and you can not take the same in 2nd year. For admissions in new college you need to start over with 1st year.
