Is there any chance for me to get any AIIMS in spot allotment with an AIR of 3286(gen)?

The maximum closing rank of the AIIMS in previous year was actually under 1300 for general category.But based on your you cannot get a seat in spot round .For more details visit the link provided below.

As you are a General candidate hence i don't think there's any chance as last year the spot round closing rank was around 1500 something.
