On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the medical colleges under state quota in Andhra Pradesh according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 380 for Great Eastern Medical School, Srikakulam under Home state quota for ST category. But yes you ca try through direct admission for some private medical colleges provided that you must have appeared in NEET counselling and unable to secure any seat.
