Im sorry to inform you but with this rank its difficult to get admission in nit jamshedpur with obt category, going with previous year cutoffs the last rank to get admission in metallurgical and materials engineering was 18,375(Femal Statequota).
Cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination.

the rank you've mentioned could be AIR , am i right ? i think my obc rank would be used for admission process , so I'm little confused about your statement .
