Hello,

With 442 marks your overall percentile is 92.9 - 93.4,and expected rank is 96725 - 113875,through AIQ the chances to secure a GMC seat are quite tough, the reason being last year the least marks required to secure a GMC seat for SC Category in UP through AIQ was 482 marks for Government Medical College(Basti) , however through state quota you hold good chances as the cut-off for SC Category  under state quota  was 415 marks for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich in the year 2019.

This is purely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in NEET, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.To know more about admission possibilities in various colleges you can use our NEET College Predictor; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 442 marks  you hold a good chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.

For example,

in neet  2019, 415 marks for sc category quota seat in a government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
