Is there any chance of getting MBBS seat in IOM with foreign category rank of 15 in it's bachelor level exam??

Eligibility Criteria for IOM MBBS Admission:
Age Limit:Minimumage 17 years as on December 2018. Educational Qualification: Student must score 50% marks in 10+2 with Biology group including English from recognized board.
structure for MBBS course. Applicants need to pay fees once at the beginning of the course. For four and half years students have to pay approx. $65,000, in Indian currency it will be 4,177,255.55 INR. Beside this students need to pay the hostel charges and other expenses.
