At this point in time it is highly unlikely that NEET 2020 will be cancelled. NEET was postponed due to the outbreak of Corona virus as a Global Pandemic.

NEET 2020 fresh dates have been scheduled for July 26th and atleast for now, things seem to be going as planned and scheduled. So prepare for NEET with the thing in mind that NEET will not be postponed but will be held on July 26th.

Cancellation of NEET is not possible. But if we talk about postponement of the exam, that is still uncertain. This is June and NEET has been scheduled for July 26th. Now neither NTA nor MHRD have come up with any official notification regarding postponing of NEET. Cancellation of NEET cannot happen because as of now, NEET is the only entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India which are more than 2 lakhs seats. And these cannot be filled on the basis of merit scored in 12th. Because there might be Candidates who might have only scored 50% in their 12th but can score good in NEET. So Cancellation is not a possibility. But regarding postponement of NEET, please only wait for official statements either from NTA or MHRD.
