Is there any chance or news that NEET 2019 will be conducted by any organisation except CBSE?Introduction of prelims is also awaited in NEET

Hello Dear,
there are no chances are yet that NEET will be conducted by another organization.it is conducted by CBSE only.
but Let's see in future whose conduct the NEET exam.
