Hi aspirant, based on your query let me tell you that there isn't any separate quota for free seats nor even management quota is applicable here . If your rank is below 10,000 then you will get a free seat under convener quota and the college/branch that is going to be allocated to you depends on the cut off, your rank, category, preferences and seat availability.
