If you look at all the 2020 ranks and cutoffs of West Bengal under the general category, It is almost impossible for you to get admission in a government college .
If you see this link:

you will see that the marks have not gone below 580 at best and AlR ranks have not exceeded 12,000.
So getting a government college is not really possible, sorry.

I am afraid to say that with All India rank 78,000 in NEET 2020, you will not get government medical colleges in West Bengal under either State Quota or All India Quota under the general category.
I would suggest you to try for private medical colleges.
